My first impression as I walked in was 'what an elegant chic modern clinic'. not like some of the old clinics I have been to. The ambience is very professional. Everything seems clean and spotless. The clinic/Dr Bruno provides a wide range of dental services including orthodontics. I took my boy to get his teeth checked and had a good discussion on what he could do. They provide complete dental x-rays which mean my son did not have to make another appointment to get his complete x-ray done in an x-ray clinic.at he could do and the charges. His explanation was detailed and charges reasonable. Most of all, Dr Bruno is very amiable and is always ready to talk me through the dental process. Dr Bruno has very good hand. The injections and procedures are painless and comfortable. ~ Deboraa O

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ammu Ruby for a while and I must say she has been great with my daughter. Her calm and soothing voice and nature is what makes her diferent from the other dentists we have seen over the years. She is always there for the friendly chats, to answer all the queries as well as to provide options. My daughter loves her gentle touch and her guidance that helps her to deal with the anxiety around teeth. So far she has had 6 extractions and each time the experience just gets better and smoother. She has a godly touch and does her job with full heart. Coming to the facility itself, staff are very friendly and approachable and the facility looks very pristine and has a warm and welcoming look. No one likes a trip to the dentist, but after my experience at Dental at Keys, I'm actually looking forward to coming back! Ellyce is a most wonderful and friendly receptionist and I can't speak highly enough of Rochelle (the dentist). She looked after both my boys and I for a check up and clean and it was pain free and such a great experience. I really want to recommend Rochelle - she noticed that my 10 year old son had large tonsils within seconds and referred me to a specialist. Turns out, his tonsils were HUGE and was impacting his breathing! Thanks to Rochelle, the tonsils are out and he is breathing and sleeping better than ever. I can't recommend Dental at Keys highly enough - 10/10!! ~ Heang F

As a new patient of nearly 20 years without having been to the dentist, I was really put at ease by the staff here. They were really helpful friendly, and what I thought could have been a horrible experience (hence my lack of visits!), it was actually very pleasant helped by them and the environment of a peaceful quiet clinic. Really happy with the outcome, and lots of great and easy advice was given to me for future improvement of my teeth and dental hygiene/well-being. Everything was clearly explained in a way that I could understand, and I don’t feel like I was put down at all about the state of my teeth (I was really worried about this). I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I was a bit nervous when I first called this clinic. The receptionist was really helpful and patient while I explained what I’ve been through, and when I asked who was the most approachable dentist there, she recommended EJ. I’m so glad she did. My first appointment with EJ was great. He’s kind, caring, and actually treats you like a person, not just another patient. I’ve been seeing him for a couple of years now, and every visit has been positive. The whole team is friendly and professional, which makes such a big difference. Going to the dentist is never fun, and it usually comes with a cost. But it shouldn’t give you headaches from bad service, with EJ and the team, it doesn’t. From my own experience, not all dentists are good, but when you find one who genuinely cares like EJ does, stick with them. ~ David C

My regular dentist in the city that I had seen for many years cancelled my appointment at very late notice and only offered inconvenient times to reschedule. So, to counter their cancelling my appointment, I cancelled seeing them as my dentist at all! I don't even live in the city anymore! What am I still travelling all that way for? Crazy! The team at Dental at Keys were very friendly and were more thorough and gentler than the people I used to see in the city anyway, so they will now be my regular, way more convenient dentist for my routine checkups. Bruno did an excellent job. Would definitely see again (in 6 months of course! Healthy maintained teeth for the win!) ~ Alexander B

Very positive and pleasant dental experience with Dr. Bruno Lim and Claire (dental nurse who was assisting him). Dental clinic is clean, bright and welcoming with 2 warm & friendly receptionists. Dr Bruno Lim is a professional, was very thorough and took his time getting to know my dental history and also medical history. He explained clearly to me what will be done in the first time checkup and what needs to be done in follow ups. He was very detailed and took great care and was gentle in dental cleaning. He is very warm and friendly and talked me through the process. Helped my nerves a lot. I will be back for all my dental care and procedures. ~ Hiong L

The whole experience at Dental at Keys was very pleasant. I thoroughly searched the net for a good dentist as my old one just retired. The reviews at Dental at Keys were great and I gave them a call. Starting with Michelle who was really friendly and attentive, answered all my queries before my first appointment. The modern environment was very welcoming and at ease. The whole team is just excellent. Rojma the dental Nurse made me at ease and Dr Bruno run me through and explained clearly what needed to get done. Had full Xray of my teeth and took it from there. I admit that I'm still amazed about my filling done.(It was quite a deep hole and he just did a fabulous job). I first visited Dental at Keys for the painful cracked dead molar tooth. Dr Bruno Lim was very gentle and reassuring. He explained to me clearly what the process involves. The molar removal was swift and painless. I went home in anticipation of post-anesthesia pain, but it never kicked in. I even had lamb shank for dinner.. of course I chewed on the good side. Dr Bruno did an amazingly brilliant job! Update on 8 Apr 2023: I got my implant done at another dentistry a few months later cos Dr Bruno keep pushing the price up after each appointment. 😬 I am v happy with the job and it cost $1,300 less than the price quoted by Dr Bruno. When I first called the clinic, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, assisting me with booking the appointment and accommodating any rescheduling I needed. On the day of our appointment, we met Dr. Aummu Ruby. She was incredibly caring and gentle with my two girls during their first dental check-up. She helped them feel at ease and made the whole experience very comfortable. She also provided helpful referrals for their dental concerns and clearly explained and identified underlying breathing issues. Overall, the girls loved their first dentist experience and are already looking forward to their next future visits. ~ Nguyet

I think i’ve finally found the best dentist. Everyone at the practice was super nice, attentive and caring. I have had a complex case with my trauma for about the last 20 years and the previous dentists have been very lazy and not helpful. When I saw Pat today I was impressed and so grateful for all the information explained to me. He explained everything he was doing, especially breaking down the xray and the recommendations to me. He explained the different processes of teeth removal, dentures and implants and was super transparent about the costs. I felt really supported and honestly more empowered with what I need to do long term for my situation. Also a huge bonus was Pat was super gentle. For once I didn’t feel like a dentist was digging into my skull during a teeth clean!!! Dental at Keys is a wonderful practice with a great team. You're greeted by a lovely receptionist who is very friendly and well informed. The practice is very clean and professional. I was lucky to see be seen by Dr Daniella Lim. She's super friendly, gentle and very informative. She kept me in the loop through the duration of the visit. Her extensive knowledge helped me answer other queries I had that were related to my teeth and gums. Would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Had an amazing experience here. The dentist was running 15 mins late on her appointments and the receptionist was kind enough to give me a heads up about the delay. I went in and did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The dentist was sweet, courteous and explained every little thing in detail and answered my questions with a lot of patience. I had been visiting another dentist at a different clinic before and knew i needed a change. Definitely recommend this practice. If i could give a higher rating than 5 stars, i would. I visited Care Dental in Keysborough today and had a truly great experience. I’ve always been very nervous about dental visits because my teeth are quite sensitive, but Dr. Daniela Lee made me feel completely comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. Most importantly, I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment, which was a huge relief for me. Great experience, will definately be back. No one enjoys going to the dentist, however Rochelle and her dental assistant made this visit about as enjoyable as you can. Rochelle explained the entire process and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. Very clean facility and quality machines/tools. Located at Keysbough South Shops, there is always ample parking. Very convenient. Rochelle suggested additional products and services but there was no pressure to purchase them. I have previously been to East Bentleigh Dental Group. I will be going back to Dental at Keys though. ~ B P

Went to this practice for the first time on Saturday. It had been so long since I had attended a dentist and I was petrified. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt the most comfortable I have at any dental practice before. They put a dental plan in place for me to follow and I know what options I have going forward that I never knew was possible. Like most people I don’t usually look forward to visits to the dentist. However this visit was different to most others. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming! I was made to feel completely at ease and all the staff were friendly! As for the examination and clean, it was very thorough and I was impressed by the gentleness of Dr. Bruno and that I did not have any bleeding gums which I’ve often had from other heavy-handed dentists. Even when I returned for a filling, I was super happy that I didn’t feel a thing!!! I’m very glad that we found Dental at Keys and I heartily recommend them. ~ M M
